    • Identify which of the ASCA National Model for School Counselors' responsibilities and/or guidance counselor vs. school counselor characteristics you connect with.
    • Identify your personal goals to enhance your role at your school site to maximize your impact as a school counselor.

Note: The Administrator Pathway requires administrators to reflect on the ASCA National Model for School Counselors and the information regarding the differences between guidance counselors and school counselors and determine which role they believe the school counselor most connects with. A good conversation starter would be to compare this activity to each other to examine where the similarities and gaps appear.
