ALL Means Each and Every

All means All. Said another way - All means Each and Every. If all means all, schools will intentionally create structures, processes, and practices to ensure students furthest from opportunity are provided the necessary support to develop the Inclusive Academic, Behavioral, and Transformative Social Emotional Instruction and Mental Health Support skills that will prepare them for their next steps educationally and in life.

All also mean ALL in terms of staff, families, and community. We must recognize and take advantage of the fact that a student’s learning does not begin and end with the school day. Families and community-based organizations are critical partners in our quest to serve every student well. 

And the reality is, it takes the collective. It takes all of us to ensure each and every student is ready for life’s transitions; the power of the collective.
