Discuss your CA MTSS Culminating Reflection template with a colleague, your team, or an administrator how you will keep the work of CA MTSS moving forward. Discuss your next steps. Set goals.

Based on your culminating reflections demonstrate your call to action in one of the following ways:

      • Video (5 - 10 minutes)
      • Written (2 - 4 pages, 12 point font, double-spaced)
      • Presentation (e.g., PowerPoint or Google Slides, 5 - 20 slides)
      • One-page Infographic

Your response must include a personal reflection of your learning through this journey and your call to action. Your response must include:

      • “I, me” statements
      • Determine priority areas to focus on.
        • Why this is a priority?
      • Connections you made during your role specific pathway.
      • How your connections align to the CA MTSS Framework and the FIA.
      • How your connections align to the Continuum of Support.
      • Data to be collected to move through the stages of implementation, including:
        • Student outcome (both formative and summative)
        • Implementation of the programs/practices (not what the students are doing)
        • Capacity of the system and the adults (not what the students are doing)
      • Your next steps...because you said you would!
