Making an Impact

In the Know Your Why video, Michael Jr. states, “When you know your why, your what has more impact because you are walking in or towards your purpose.”

Determine your "why" to have more of an impact on your "what."

 

Knowing Your Why - Activity

Create a poster to hang on your classroom or office wall so you can frequently reflect on and revisit your "why".  This would be on your classroom or office wall for everyone to see. 

• • In your role as an educator, what gets you up in the morning?
  • In your role as an educator, what impact do you want to have? 

Include the following:

• • A poster that expresses your professional why(s)

• • The impact you want to have as a result of your professional why(s)
